PA TO THE FOUNDERS/OFFICE MANAGER FOR FAST PACED-GROWING START-UP!

 

  • Up to £40,000 gross p.a DOE
  • 2+ Years Relevant Experience Ideally in F&B/Events and / or a Start-Up Environment

Role Overview:

 

Reporting to the company founders and the COO, the PA/Office Manager will work directly with the senior team to help the smooth running of their daily lives, while also being a key figure and point of contact for the wider team and all stakeholders. As Office Manager you will be highly organised and able to keep the running of the office and well-being of the team in order. Ideally you will also have previous events experience to oversee the organisation and running of the brand’s high profile events and partnerships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

PA DUTIES

 

  • Calendar Management
  • Travel Bookings
  • Updating senior team’s calendars and booking in meetings when necessary
  • Client relations and correspondence
  • Being a sounding board for the senior team
  • Recognising opportunities and developing relationships; internal and external
  • Representing the brand at external events and networking opportunities

 

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

 

  • Booking meeting rooms and scheduling team meetings
  • Personnel and HR related matters
  • Tech support
  • Facilities and maintenance support
  • Managing contractors and external suppliers
  • Negotiating contracts and research for office related projects
  • Event Management; both external brand events and internal team events
  • Team wellbeing and incentives

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

As the ideal candidate you will have a can-do attitude and will be bright, positive and a real all-rounder who is passionate about health and wellbeing in a fast-pace, start-up environment. You will be someone who is happy to get stuck in to the daily management of the office and who will be a key team player. You will be passionate about events and will be tech savvy with previous experience using excel, Zoom, Google Drive and other online collaborative platforms and tools. We want upbeat characters who will share in the company’s excitement of rapid growth, and you’ll be super organised too!
