Live-out Nanny Job

Chace People is looking for an exceptional and educationally focused Nanny to join our lovely VIP client in South London, with responsibility to look after their 1-year-old child. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, with general working hours between 8am-630pm.

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience working within Private Households, with excellent checkable references and a proven track record of working with similar-age children. Candidates who hold a full, clean driving licence and ideally your own vehicle for commuting purposes would also be desirable, but not a prerequisite. The family welcomes Norland Nannies or candidates holding a degree in Early Years Education.

Your responsibilities will include:

• All Nursery duties
• Cooking nutritious meals and feeding the child
• Planning and executing various educationally focused activities
• Monitoring and keeping track of developmental milestones
• Taking the child to relevant classes in the area
• Maintaining the child’s wardrobe and play areas
• Babysitting as required

Aside from the outlined day-to-day duties, there will be some travel required of you throughout the year and regular babysitting, which will be discussed with the Nanny in advance. Both professional parents regularly work from home, however, as Nanny you will have sole charge of the child and will be left to take the lead in planning each day.

As the ideal Nanny for the family you will be energetic, with a creative and fun approach to education. Flexibility is a must and the family are looking for someone who will stay with them long-term to see their child through these early years with consistency, becoming a part of the family dynamic.
