About the Family:

These are professional parents who are also hands-on with their adorable 1-year-old daughter. They believe in a balanced approach to parenting and are seeking a superstar to share duties between childcare and housekeeping.

Your Mission:

Your main mission is to provide top-notch care for their daughter, ensuring her well-being and development. While she enjoys half of her day at nursery for socialisation, the other half is all about her spending quality time with you as her Nanny.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone with a big heart, who believes in gentle parenting, cuddles, silly jokes, and engaging developmental activities. Traditional discipline methods are not on the menu here!

Full Engagement:

When you're with the child, your focus will be entirely on her. No chores or social media distractions—just pure interaction and fun.

The other half of your day will involve preparing meals for the baby and the parents, keeping the home tidy, and ensuring a clean and orderly environment. A team-player mentality is required, working alongside a part-time cleaner. If you happen to have experience with dogs, that's a bonus, as the family may consider getting one in the future.

Requirements:

To join this exciting adventure, you should have extensive nanny experience, especially with similar-age babies. Excellent, checkable references are also required, as well as a clear DBS check, COVID vaccinations, and childcare qualifications.
