JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF LEADING FASHION BRAND

The Chace People team is looking for a superstar Junior Personal Assistant to support the renowned Creative Director of a global fashion brand based in Europe. Working closely with the young and inspiring Director, someone who is a leading name in the fashion world and extremely well regarded throughout the industry, you will be a proactive and ambitious individual who has the confidence to work with within a fast paced and demanding environment.

This incredible opportunity to work for a high profile individual would suit either a recent graduate or someone looking to take the next step as a career Personal Assistant. Whilst industry knowledge would be a benefit, we are ideally looking for a candidate wanting to progress within their Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant career. You will have the added benefit of working alongside an expert Chief of Staff who is happy to pass on their own industry knowledge!

The role will be completely multi faceted as you will be supporting an individual with multiple business and personal interests with no two days the same! You will be expected to liaise with different departments on behalf of Creative Director whilst supporting the studio and assisting the Chief of Staff where needed, as well as supporting the Creative Director on personal matters, such as running errands and assisting with personal projects, such as house renovations or holiday planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the Creative Director’s complex schedule
• Email inbox management
• Supporting the Creative Director on personal matters
• Booking personal appointments
• Running personal errands
• Booking & scheduling travel (both business & personal)
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• General administrative support
• Acting as a gatekeeper to the Creative Director when needed
• Co-ordinating with multiple departments and acting as a point of contact for the Creative Director
