The Chace People team is looking for a mature, professional, outgoing and friendly Front of House Host with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our client’s award-winning client’s fun and creative team across their two West London locations. You will have an excellent command and - fluency of - the English language with a natural ability to create a wow experience! The salon has just opened its second location and you will work across the two West London establishments as a core part of the team.

This established colour salon is effortlessly stylish with a chic Scandinavian design aesthetics and the team offer a supreme wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with a unique personal approach. Each delivering a high calibre of hair knowledge and care, and a personal experience for each and every one of their customers.

This role would suit someone who has excellent customer service skills and a natural outgoing personality, who enjoys hosting and serving clients. You will be highly professional and organised with previous reception and/or service industry experience. A passion for style and fashion would go a long way.

• Problem solving as well as being organised and working well under pressure

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting clients in a welcoming manner
• Booking appointments
• Managing the Front of House
• Hosting salon floor
• Answering phones and emails
• Responsible for daily admin duties
• Customer care duties
• Booking meetings and events
• Staff administration
