The Chace People team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Chef to join our client’s culinary team for a fixed-term contract this summer, supporting high-profile actors on-set in and around London. This unique opportunity is perfect for a creative chef with a passion for health and nutrition and experience working with Hollywood A-listers on film and TV production sets, or coming from luxury kitchen environments.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work under the head chef for the first week, learning the specific dietary requirements of individual actors and the operations of the kitchen on set. In the second week of the contract, you will step into the shoes of the head chef. This role requires a varied culinary repertoire and the ability to cater to high-profile individuals with strict dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the head chef and wider culinary team in preparing meals for high-profile actors.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure meals meet strict dietary and nutritional requirements.
• Take over head chef duties in the second week of the contract.
• Maintain a high level of creativity and culinary excellence.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a chef, preferably in high-end restaurants or with high-profile clients.
• Experience working on film/TV production sets or yachts is a plus.
• Strong understanding of health and nutrition.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling to various locations in and around London.
