The Chace People team is looking for an experienced Equestrian Property & Stables Manager to oversee our VVIP client’s equine portfolio in the Middle East. This is a fully involved, managerial role for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the entire equestrian operations and staff management of the family’s stables.

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience on large professional yards and with the management of stable hands. You will have experience within racing, competing, polo, stud, breeding, dressage and jumping. You will be comfortable managing a team, recruiting and overseeing the day-to-day of the stables whilst being hands-on with the horses.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for what they do and who will be committed to the family for a 2 year contract, with a view to extend.

Attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills is required. You will be culturally aware, respectful and entirely flexible for working schedules and travel (both domestically and internationally).

You will be extremely well-looked after with private accommodation (details TBD) and with a generous salary and package on offer.
