We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will primarily support Chace People, a specialist recruitment agency that connects high-profile individuals with exceptional talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO: Manage both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Link Building: Develop and implement a high-quality link building strategy to acquire valuable backlinks.
• Email Marketing: Create and automate effective email marketing systems.
• Content Marketing: Oversee the production of high-quality blog posts and content, such as salary surveys, whitepapers, and infographics, to enhance our online resources and drive awareness among prospective clients and candidates.
• Paid Advertising: Develop and manage the strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns.
• Social Media: Build and maintain a strong social media presence and manage our social media profiles.
• Direct Marketing: Implement a systematic approach to direct marketing efforts, with a focus on LinkedIn outreach.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Refine and maintain monitoring platform dashboards, aligning them with business objectives and market developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital agency.
• Proven ability to create, execute, and refine successful digital marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
